Fondens formål er at uddele legater til studerende på landbrug, ingeniør eller lignende uddannelser, som har været bosiddende i Dronninglund Kommune de seneste 5 år inden uddannelsesstart.
Suitable students in agricultural, engineering, or similar fields of study – preferably applicants who wish to complete an agricultural education + students within the aforementioned areas who have resided in Dronninglund Municipality within the last 5 years before starting their education. Regarding support for public education; to avoid forfeiture, the board may decide whether the scholarship should be used for specific purposes, e.g., study trips.
