The formal purpose of the foundation is to provide support to current and former employees of the public limited company, or their surviving spouses or relatives in a direct descending line, excluding members of the board of directors and executive management. To the extent that the foundation's income is not used as stipulated in the preceding section, the income may be used as follows: 1. Grants for students born or raised in Southern Jutland. 2. To support researchers or research projects. 3. Humanitarian purposes.
